The Planning Commission meets at 6 p.m. on the fourth Thursday of each month at the town office located at 300 Mill Street here in St. Michaels. Applications to the Commission are due to the Town Office by noon 20 days prior to the meeting.

Preliminary Site Plan Review of Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum’s Exhibition and Library Building (tax map 0200, parcel 1607, Lot 1)
The public is hereby notified that the St. Michaels Planning Commission will hold a preliminary site plan review for an Exhibition and Library Building to be located at the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum (Tax Map 0200, Parcel 1607, Lot 1) at the request of property owners, Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum Inc. The Planning Commission preliminary site plan review is scheduled for Thursday, June 27, 2019 at 6pm as part of the Planning Commission’s regular meeting at the Edgar M. Bosley, Jr. Building, 300 Mill Street, St. Michaels, MD 21663. A copy of the site plans are available for review in the Edgar M. Bosley, Jr. Building (Town Office), 300 Mill Street, Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M.
