The Town of St. Michaels hired Manns Woodward Studios as architects to design what will serve as the administrative headquarters for the Town. The proposed two-story structure is new construction of approximately +/- 5,600 gross square feet and will contain administrative offices, a public meeting room and associated support spaces. The proposed site is located at the northwest corner of Fremont and Canton Streets, currently an unimproved lot.
